So we thought we knew what we needed however it ended up being something else🙄‼️ Steven was personable, very knowledgeable and honest. Honestly goes a looooong way when you're spending $$$. He fixed what he came to fix and offered addl advice w/o trying to make extra by fixing more than we asked us. So thank y'all again for helping us.

Had an air leak on our trailer, due to a bad gasket, that provides continuous air to the tires and suspension.  We called B &B and they had Paul out to the rest area where we were parked in about 20 minutes.  It only took another 30 to diagnose and fix the problem.  This young man is a rare breed these days.  He is only 18 years old, and was hired right out of a vocational program he was in, after graduation.  He is polite, courteous, clean, and a hard worker.  B & B got a real gem when they hired him.  Oh and if you are reading this and you need someone, please give them a call!!!!  And DON'T FORGET TO TIP ANYBODY THAT PROVIDES YOU WITH GOOD SERVICE!!!!  😉

My truck broke down in the middle of downtown Marshall, my starter went bad. They arrived within 45 minutes and got right to work on my issue. This young man knew what he was doing and did it!! It took about 2 hours and I enjoyed every bit of it, him taking his time and fixing the issue gave me time to roam around town and enjoy myself. He was polite, courteous and easy to communicate with, he showed me where all the batteries were underneath my passenger truck seat, showed me something new! After he got done I left and then my lights went out, my dispatch was able to reach him and he came over to the warehouse and got me squared away again, with the same level of courtesy as before. I appreciate his service today! Thank you!
